Abstract

Wal - mart is a retail company, so it should be built on the foundation of the company's trust and reputation. They always focus on the customer's perception of the product and towards business ethics so as not to destroy the good things that the company has spent so much construction work. Walmart culture has always revolved around people. Interestingly enough, the hiring requirement at Walmart is nothing too sublime. But Walmart invests all in training and making Walmart the best working environment. Thus they can develop ordinary people into the best employees. Walmart has made very positive contributions to the overall achievements of the retail industry, deserving of its position as one of the leading retailers in the US. Movement of net profit in bog global retailers such as Walmart will reflect the business health of retail system and the whole economy. Good business management requires us to consider the impacts of multi macro factors on net profit, and it contributes to promoting business plan and economic policies for economic growth and stabilizing macroeconomic factors. The results of quantitative research, in a seven factor model, show that the increase in inflation, GDP (increasing too much) and lending rate and reducing risk free rate has a significant effect on reducing Walmart net profit with the highest impact coefficient, the second is decreasing the exchange rate. This research finding and recommended policy also can be used as reference in policy for retail and bank system in many developing countries.
