Abstract
Today, staff labor incentives are a set of measures on the part of the organization aimed at increasing the productivity of all employees for the effective work of the organization as a whole. This article examines the material and non-material forms of incentives for personnel labor on the example of JSC "ER-Telecom Holding" (Dom.ru) in the city of Ryazan.
