Improving the competitiveness of an organization based on personnel management using the example of Sberbank»

The article considers the issue of increasing competitiveness in organizations. The analysis revealed that HR management is one of the ways to improve competitiveness, especially in the banking sector. I have analyzed Sberbank PJSC, which has been conducting a policy for many years to increase the potential of employees, create a corporate culture and conduct other measures to increase the competitiveness of personnel. Thus, the need to improve the competitiveness of employees, which is one of the factors that affect the activities of the entire organization, is proved.
