Abstract
The design of a midfeather for compact heat exchanger with use of the all-metal elastic-damping elements is offered in this article. This design allows to significantly reduce the amplitude of oscillation of the tube bundle, stress in the tubes, which, ultimately, increases the service life of heat exchanger, reducing fretting corrosion of the tubes.
