Abstract
The importance of information in today's society cannot be underestimated, and given the fact that information is provided through mass media (ZMK), the issue of interaction between public authorities and ZMK is becoming increasingly relevant. The article deals with the importance of the influence of mass communication on society and the role of the state in shaping this process.
