Abstract
The article is devoted to the question of determining the functional reserves of the heart of people of different ages using different methods of analysis, namely archiving, determination of fractal dimension and logistic reflection in different periods of the day. Studies were conducted in different periods of the day in the state of daytime activity and nighttime sleep, changes in indicators were analyzed and their suitability for determining the level of stress and quality of night rest were evaluated. The developed program complex of calculation and estimation of the indicated indicators is introduced into the educational process in the discipline "Fundamentals of Synergetics" of NTUU "KPI them.
