EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO ACCESS TO INFORMATION IN THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESS

This article is devoted to exploring the problem of exercising the right of citizens to access public information in the context of European integration and harmonization of national legislation. The basic international legal acts on this issue are analyzed, parallels are drawn with the implementation of this right in foreign countries. According to the results of the research, proposals were made to improve the information legislation of Ukraine.
