Traffic congestion is a major problem in urban area in India along with other countries. There are various causes of traffic blocking like traffic signal failures, bad execution of traffic policies and unorganized traffic, etc. The population is growing day by day form which the existing infrastructure cannot be expanded. So, use a real-time traffic management system. The real-time smart traffic system is a machine that is used to make the traffic system smart and dynamic. This machine uses object detection techniques for gathering real-time traffic data and on the base of these data, it performs traffic light management in real-time. This machine is very useful to save time on traffic signals. There are various techniques for managing real-time traffic such as machine learning, big data, artificial intelligence, etc. This paper is used for educational purposes.
