Abstract
This paper presents A Decoupling Estimation Scheme for Rotor Resistance and Mutual Inductance in Indirect Vector Controlled Induction Motor Drives by ANFIS Controller in order to avoid parameter mismatches due to changes in rotor temperature and flux levels and thereby performance of Induction Motor Drive is improved. The scheme is implemented with MRAS Scheme for rotor flux using in series the high order terminal SMO and first order SMO. The two SMO's in series are used as reference model whereas the current model of IM is taken as Adaptive model. The error due to coupling between the estimation loops is balanced by suitable weighing factors. The analysis is confirmed through comparison of various simulations using PI controller and ANFIS controller.
