Abstract
Pollution is an issue that is becoming more important every day, from air pollution to pollution due to the mismanagement of solid waste produced by people, it is for this characteristic that the present proposal is defined by the design of a low-cost system for the selection and recycling of these solid wastes. The proposed system is made up of a mechanism that selects objects, using metal sensors, color sensors and infrared sensors. The use of these sensors is based on experience in their use in the industry. This experience will be used in being able to use these benefits in being able to make a selection of the material, it consists in being able to separate each type of material such as metals, plastics and organic waste and give it a better use, with which we can improve the quality in the process of recycled materials.
