Abstract
The influence of Natural Extraction bio Carbon Particulate natural filler loading (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 v/v%) on the mechanical, Surface Morphological of the epoxy composite was analysed The composites. Were fabricated using vacuum bag moulding method. The maximum tensile strength was found to be high at 40% Natural Extraction bio Carbon and 60% Epoxy Resin. The flexural strength is high at 30% Natural Extraction bio Carbon and 70% Epoxy Resin. The impact strength is high at 40% Natural Extraction bio Carbon and 60% Epoxy Resin. The SEM analysis was taken for 10% of Natural Extraction bio Carbon with 90% of Epoxy resin and 40% of Natural Extraction bio Carbon with 60% of Epoxy resin. The SEM analysis showed even distribution of the Natural Extraction bio Carbon particles with the epoxy polymer.
