Abstract

The article deals with the problem of detailing the nature of the interconnection of technical training, due to the correction of the motion amplitude magnitude the during training, and the dynamics of developing indicators of student's body capacity while performing bodybuilding exercises. Material and methods. 80 young men aged 18-20 took part in the studies. These people made up two equal in number experimental groups whose participants had no preliminary training in bodybuilding. Participants in group I performed full-amplitude training exercises with fixation at peak points, and Group II used partial amplitude without fixation at peak points during training. The method of control testing was used during the research to determine the dynamics of developing the power capabilities of the surveyed young men. Results and discussion. The obtained results showed that during the three-month training the control tests fixed in the participants of studies at rest, demonstrated the dynamics of changes in the studied indicators, which were determined. With the same increase in the volume of training work on average by 24.9% (p <0.05) in both groups, the power capacity of group I increased by 37.6% (p <0.05), and in group II we observed an increase of these parameters by 46.1% (p <0.05). It should be noted that the second group had differences in the amplitude of movements in identical training programs. Conclusions. We determined the existence of significant positive changes in the indicators of power capabilities in long-term bodybuilding training of people who were not previously engaged in sports. The value of indicators of power capabilities and their dynamics depends entirely on the structure of occupations and the size of training work components.
