Abstract

The article shows the direction of modern searches for a set of precise research methods that will overcome the variability of the criterion of the official methods of calculating the death prescription in the early postmortem period. The criterion for studying the death prescription in the early period is variable, and therefore the urgency of its resolution is obvious. There is a need to develop a modern, inexpensive, but informative and precise set of methods for determining the death prescription in the early postmortem period. The study offers the newest direction of defining death prescription criteria by means of complex research of different kinds of a muscular fabric of the person in the early postmortem period. The analysis of literary sources shows a number of shortcomings inherent in the traditional classical methods of determining the DNS, because they are based on the study of a large number of corpse's heterogeneous objects, and therefore the methods lack the accuracy and repeatability. A number of new methods of calculating the DS, on the contrary, suffer from a small number of corpses' bodies, and therefore they lack the credibility and objectivity of research. A breakthrough in defining DNS by high-tech effective methods has occurred recently. The accuracy of this method is significantly higher than the others. The international team of researchers led by Roderic Guigó of the Genome Regulatory Center discovered that the genes remained active for several days after human death. That is why changes in gene expression caused by death can be used to determine the most accurate DS factor in comparison with today's possibilities of forensic medical examination. We are adherents of the proposal of B. Mikhailichenko (2017) regarding the promising research of tissues having several species and spread throughout the body. Therefore, we choose for our own research muscle tissue, which has several species, occurs in almost all organs, vessels and tissues, and actively reacts to all changes of external and internal factors. Prospects of the proposed developments will be new, cheap and simple. These modern technological solutions for determining the death prescription with the help of accurate criteria in the early postmortem period will ensure the reliability, accuracy, objectivity, efficiency and repeatability of forensic research to resolve the law enforcement issues on the death prescription.
