Expert Analysis of Innovative Forms of Olympic Education #Olympiclab

Abstract
Analysis of Olympic education in Ukraine shows that all of the Olympic education projects have sustainable development and effectively solve the tasks of Olympic education. However, the rapid development of society requires continuously improve approaches of the Olympic education in accordance with the requirements of time. #OlympicLab is a new form of Olympic education that meets current demands. The project is implemented by the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in 2016 and solves the tasks of disseminating information about the results of Olympians and high-level athletes, forming knowledge system of the Olympic movement among youth, get familiarized with the Olympic values, attracting project participants to sport, education of youth on the Olympic values, update forms of Olympic education. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the new form of Olympic education called #OlympicLab. Material and methods. The study surveyed experts in the field of Olympic education. To analyze the study results we used the following methods: expert survey, literature analysis, analysis of documentary materials, methods of mathematical statistics. Results and discussion. In order to evaluate the results of implementation of the innovative form of Olympic education project #OlympicLab expert survey was conducted, with involving top 5 Olympic education experts. Innovation of the project #OlympicLab experts corresponds to 9.8 ± 0.4 points; the prospects of the project and its richness average were estimated at 9.4 ± 0.4 points. The most effective module by the expert opinion was "Human and Olympic values" and was defined by 9.8 ± 0.4 points. The module "Basic business skills and careers" was estimated by experts at 8.8 ± 0.7 points. We also noted the unanimous maximum assessment of experts (10 points) of the effectiveness of the project modules' number and their focus. The overall content of the project was 9.6 ± 0.4 points, indicating a general appreciation of experts. Expert survey also included two open questions. Concerning the comments, two experts attributed the lack of content to modules in accordance with the age characteristics of project participants, the lack of a module that informs about the combination of sports with culture and the importance of continuous meaningful improvement of the project. Regarding the project improvement the experts recommended the following proposals: Create feedback from participants; Develop substantive content of the modules according to age characteristics of participants and develop guidelines for those who have to implement the project; To supplement the project with a module that would provide information on the unity of sport with culture; To pay particular attention to working with those who implement modules; Before the start of the event, outline the general concept of the event with the trainers / lecturers / athletes; Add the module of artistic subject. Conclusions. The experts appreciated the project and the results of its implementation. The analysis showed that experts considered "Human and Olympic values" to be the most comprehensive module, and the lowest score was given to the module "Basic business skills and careers". Further implementation of the project should be encouraged to the results of the expert survey, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each module, expert suggestions for improving the structure and content of the #OlympicLab project.
