Abstract
The study aims to determine the Adversity Quotient of Faculty Members of the College of Education of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology San Isidro Campus. The descriptive method of research was utilized using the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) Quick Take. The Percentage, Frequency, and Mean were used for the respondents' profile, academic rank, and monthly salary. Most of the respondents are between 32-38 years old, females, and already married. All of the participants have a Master's Degree, wherein five of them are Doctorate holders. The majority of the respondents have6-10 years of teaching experienceand serving as Instructor I-III. In terms of control, reach, and endurance, the AQ of the majority of the faculty members is average, while in terms of ownership, it is below average. Lastly, majority of the respondents got an average level inthe over-all Adversity Quotient.
