The essence and the structure of the competence of specialist of radio engineering type

Professional education nowadays is an important component of the integral system of education of the country and its separate region. The mechanisms, which would provide a rapid adaptation of professional education to the modern rates of change of technologies, as well as to dynamics of requirements to science intensive specialties, have been absent up to the present time. A necessity for creation the competent models of specialists, adapted to the concrete terms of professional activity has appeared. Filling of such models is related to the set of competences which allow forming and developing necessary for further activity professional and professional-personality (professional-important) qualities in future specialists. The exposure of components of competence of radio technician specialist allows forming the requirement to the level of his qualification, as a high-quality analysis of three groups of competence allows delimiting the levels of qualification of specialist.
