Agricultural element in the structure of housing

This article describes the features of living environment in the central areas of big cities, major issues with creating comfort zones and their solutions in modern buildings and reconstructions. The main problem raised in this paper is a high density of existing buildings in the city center and its influence on designing of habitat.
