Abstract
This research work scrutinized the impact of out-of-pocket expenditure on healthcare financing in Nigeria. It was observed that out of pocket expenditure of Nigeria within the period under review has been marginally increasing. The stated hypothesis was tested using the ordinary least squares regression method with a data span from 2004 to 2014. The empirical finding reveals that out of pocket expenditure has no significant impact on healthcare financing in Nigeria.
