Methods to Enhance Primary Immune Surveillance under Hypoxia

Abstract
The study was planned with a hypothesis that hypoxia would adversely impair the phagocytic ability of phagocyte and the treatment option should be to boost the phagocytic ability under such situation. The phagocytes were cultured in hypoxic condition and were challenged with an array of antigens under the coded formulation treatment. The findings showed that hypoxia would not only damage the cell viability but also would affect the phagocytic ability. The coded drug showed enormous potential repairing the damage due to hypoxia.
