The Impact of Strategic Agility in Crisis Management Readiness at the Qatar Airways

Abstract

The study aims to measure and analyzes the impact of strategic agility on Crisis Management Readiness at Qatar Airways. The study population consists of employees working in the company upper management. The study considers the whole study population (53) respondents using the comprehensive survey method of the job titles (CEO, deputy CEO, department manager). The study uses a descriptive-analytical method. The questionnaire is used as a tool to collect data from the study sample and it consists of (20) items. The study concludes that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the strategic agility with its dimensions (Strategic Sensitivity, Leadership Unity, and Resources Fluidity) combined with Crisis Management Readiness at Qatar Airways. The study recommends that Qatar Airways should adopt the strategic agility concept to benefit of its outputs in Crisis Management Readiness.
