The current state of legal regulation of homework in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal regulation of homework in Ukraine. Attention is focused on defining the essence of the concept of "homework" at the current level, as well as an analysis the legal framework of our state. We conducted a thorough review of the legislation of Ukraine in order to clarify the state of consolidation of the issue of homework, and accordingly analyzed the international standards that have extensive experience in the legal regulation of such forms of employment as homework. In the course of the research, we determined that today the state of legal regulation of homework has real problems that prevent clear and complete coverage of this issue in our legal framework. Overcoming these obstacles is a priority that must be completed in the near future. The first steps towards solving this problem are already underway, such as a future bill that will finally provide clear legal regulation for home-based work.
