Abstract
In Flywheel fabrication, habitually there is a culmination procedure to engrave on it by scrutinizing the internal diameter. The customary process is carried on in a sequential order; firstly, Boring is done by utilizing Vertical Milling Machine for coupling the crankshaft with the Flywheel. Following this the internal diameter generated by the boring process needs to be examined gleaned from which the flywheel is to be graded as A, B ,C ,etc., subsequently engraving is to be done. All of these being carried out by manual labor has piloted to certain errors and dismissal of products. Target of this work is to automate the scrutinizing and engraving process of a Flywheel through an Electronic Control Module. By automating this process, we can shrink the liabilities that have been produced due to manual labor involvement. Installation of this Mechatronics system in factories can offer a more precise, high-quality, systemized product fabricated through automation at a sensible cost.
