The article considered particular theoretical and practical issues related to the peculiarities of forming a system of statutory regulation of investment legal relations. The necessity of clarifying the conceptual and categorical framework of the investment legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic taking into account the experience of the Russian Federation has been substantiated.
