Abstract
Life skills require to face upcoming problems in life can be said as life skills whichis very essential to human beings. To lead a life in good way, human beings have to use the skills which will imbibe them in their whole life achievement with an adaptive and adjustment approach. The objectives of the study were (i) To assess life skill awareness of adolescents in Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (ii) To assess life skill awareness of adolescents students of Balasore district of Odisha, and (iii) To compare life skill awareness of adolescent students between Kalinga Institute of Social Science and Balasore District of Odisha. The sample of the present study covers secondary level children of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences of Bhubaneswar and secondary level students Balasore district of Odisha. The data were collected purposively due to highest range of students. Data was collected from two hundred students of secondary level (one hundred students from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar and one hundred students from Balaswar district of Odisha).
