Improving Mechanisms for Ensuring the State's Defense and Security with Modern Equipment and Special Equipment based on Economic Pragmatism

Trends in the development of the geopolitical and national-strategic situation in the modern world, the activation of organized international terrorism and the transition to the conduct of high-tech armed conflicts of various intensity require a new attitude to the principles, directions and content of the safe construction of the state in General and material and technical policy in particular. This implies the need to improve the existing system of logistics policy in order to strengthen the state's defense capability. The main purpose of this work is to study the problems of a highly technical system for ensuring the defense and security of the state, taking into account real economic opportunities, and to develop on this basis theoretical and practical recommendations aimed at improving the state material and technical policy. With this goal in mind, the following tasks have been solved: • A new approach to supply high-tech samples of equipment and special equipment to law enforcement agencies in the logistics system of the military organization of the state is proposed;
