Abstract
Training of higher education seekers, today, is a state priority and requires a quality approach to its organization, especially in the development of information technology. Analysis of the problem of formation of spiritual values shows that this is one of the priorities of the educational system of the XXI century, higher education institutions are obliged by their status to professionally train not only graduates, but also to educate spiritually developed citizens. Such a mutually beneficial combination can be considered one of the most important factors in the renewal of spiritual values. The article considers the peculiarities of training higher education seekers at the second (master's) level of higher education, reveals the content of the educational-professional program «Christian Pedagogy», emphasizes that today's conditions contribute to the reorientation of the educational process from knowledge to competence and competence. The relevance and necessity of using distance learning are substantiated, the peculiarities of training are revealed and the competencies that future teachers of Christian pedagogy in higher education will possess are described. Promising areas of training through the active use of modern computer, network or mobile technologies in the educational process of higher education are identified. The separate tasks for independent work of applicants of higher education of the second (master's) level which are developed on a competence basis taking into account interdisciplinary communications and provide performance in a remote mode are analyzed. The essence is revealed and examples of distance learning of higher education seekers are given. In particular, the developed system of information support of distance learning and placement of educational material on the platform of distance learning SIHE «University of Education Management» is described. It is noted that the automation of the main functions of the management of the educational process of higher education seekers in the remote mode contributes to ensuring the quality of educational services by higher education institutions.
