Problems and prospects for the introduction of juvenal justice in the Russian Federation

In 1989, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted, which for the first time spells out the rights of the child. The article discusses juvenile justice as one of the directions for the development of this idea. In this article, we consider the development of the theory and practice of protecting children's rights today in the context of the problem of crime prevention.
