SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT FEATURES OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE MONETARY POLICY IN THE FRAMEWORKS OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

The development of emerging economies banking system is rather uneven and it largely exposes the political, military and social cataclysms that occur in these countries. However, the global experience of such a financial system managing contains a list of instruments. These mechanisms make it possible to transform the financial system of such states into a more flexible one to price shocks and changes in the external environment. The global financial crisis of 2008 and 2009 years, deep involvement and dependence of emerging economies countries' financial systems have substantially and rigorously covered the status and problems of their central banks' activity.
