The Neck Pain and Disability Scale was used as an assessment tool, and it was presented both personally on paper and online as well as a google form. The results of the study indicated a positive trend towards the proposed hypothesis that neck pain was significantly present among sedentary workers, and it was seen to interfere in their occupational performance and daily life.
