Abstract

The tendencies of organizational structuring of the entrepreneurship, which choose mainly small forms of economic activity, affect the structure of the employed population by occupational groups, where the largest share is occupied by the simplest professions, workers in the sphere of trade and services, which also testifies to the limited innovative possibilities of the economy. Therefore, employment policy must take into account the processes of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship, the task of innovative development of industries and be based on the idea of redistributing workers from low-performing sectors to more productive ones. To increase the level of innovative development, it is recommended to use cluster models that involve the interaction of large, medium and small businesses in the manufacturing sector. Given that the proportions between organizational forms are attributed to the social proportions of social production, and the organizational forms directly depend on the possibility of implementation of innovation policy at the state level, the processes of organizational structuring of entrepreneurship should be the subject of attention by specialized state institutions, statistical agencies need to expand subject information, and socio-economic development programs should include incentives to create organizational forms of economic activity that are promising as regards innovative activities in the national economy
