Abstract
Currently, the training of specialists of the organization is of particular importance and becomes an important condition for the success of any organization. This is due to the fact that working in a modern production environment imposes increased requirements on the level of staff qualification, knowledge and skills of employees. Changes in legislation, the introduction of innovative technologies or techniques put in the first place the problem of training specialists who can switch from one type of professional activity to another, combine various labor functions. The need to improve the process of training specialists of the organization is that the personnel potential of the enterprise does not allow ill β considered experimentation-the consequences of improper management of human resources can be destructive and irreversible. In this regard, the following is important β although many enterprises have recently begun to change their attitude to employee training (it is becoming more large-scale, qualified,
