Entrepreneurship as a mechanism for national economy growth

This study is to present the entrepreneurial activity and support programs offered by the Algerian governments to small and medium enterprises, and the impact of this activity on economic growth. With a view to exploring the strength of SMEs in Algerian's emerging and growing economy. This study concluded that the results achieved from the various mechanisms were below the required level compared to the size of the efforts exerted, as well as the importance that the government attaches to reducing unemployment which necessitates the need for a comprehensive evaluation by reviewing the role of support bodies and accompaniment, in order to activate and upgrade the performance of the employment strategy adopted
