Abstract
This paper examines the faculty behaviors on dilemma situations. The results of an international study conducted on 100 faculty members show that the faculty behaviors depend on the development of the ethical orientation at the individual, organizational, and stakeholder levels who is strongly influenced by the university context. The faculties' ethical decision-making process is influenced by the ethical concerns relating to the development of ethics in relation to oneself, to profession and to professional environment.
