Abstract
With the emergence of 21st century demand of flexible and dynamic organization has increased to a great extent. Organizations are expected to forecast future and respond quickly to any newly introduced change. Only those organizations that possess the ability to accept and adapt to the change are considered as successful organizations. Such organizations are referred as learning organization. Micro, Small and Medium enterprises cannot be an exception to this. The current research aims at identifying an answer to whether the MSMEs can be referred as learning organization or not. The organizations or MSME surveyed belonged to GIDC area of Anand and Nadiad district. In the current research an attempt was made to relate the organizational interventions, employee interventions, and organizational leadership to the existence of MSMEs as learning organization. The research output shows the existence of significant relationship between the dependent and independent variables of the study, this in turn indicates that MSMEs functioning in GIDC Nadiad and Anand can be referred as learning organization.
