EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON EMPLOYEE COMMITMENT – A STUDY

Abstract
The organizations in service sector are focusing more on the employees to increase their commitment towards the organizational aim. The present study is mainly emphasizing on the role of organizational justice impact on the employee commitment among the faculties working under private engineering colleges. The study has considered the A graded private engineering colleges located in Hyderabad district of Telangana state. The study has considered the distributive justice, interactional justice and procedural justice (organizational justice) impact on the faculty commitment. The study examined the relationship of organizational justice factors with the employee commitment and observed that the interactional justice having the stronger
relationship. The structural equation model has been applied the result stated that the procedural justice having the higher impact on the faculties commitment
