Abstract
In this article is written about bank discourse and its information and communication space from a sociolinguistic point of view, and differentiates the components that serve to ensure the formation and existence of these concepts. Opinions of several foreign scholars on banking discourse were considered. Also in this work is described, what the bank's relationship with the customer looks like: bank advertising, sales promotion, public relations, etc
