Abstract
An electronic contract is a smart way protocol that enhances the ease and the convince of the business or any other sort of contractual relations. The task of the E-contracts is to facilitate the digital verification, create specific digital legal relations with strict terms and conditions and to increase the negotiations instantly between the parties. The costs involved in the E contracts are quite less as compared to that of the paper based traditional contracts. Data extraction, analysis and supply chain is efficiently addressed by the Electronic contracts. Although the benefits of E contracts are numerous. Still there is a need to critically analyze the position of the law and policy with respect to E contracts. The author shall be critically examining the significant aspects of the E contracts in the present research.
