Abstract
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of music relaxation training on the shooting performance of school level shooters. Participants of the study were 30 school level shooters who were randomly selected from Amity International school, Ghaziabad. Pretest and posttest design was used as experimental design for the study. Analysis of Coveriance (ANCOVA) revealed that there was a significant difference between the trataka group (74.20± 5.75) and control group (36.93 ± 3.15).
