Abstract
This research is focused on evaluating the palm oil wastewater treatment system that uses a pond system. The research variable is based on the Indonesian standard concerning the guidelines for requirements and procedures for licensing for the utilization of the wastewater industry in the palm oil plantation. The results of the study concluded that the existing wastewater treatment system is capable of producing effluents, which are sufficient in nutrient content. This shows that effluent can be used as organic fertilizer and can be used as a substitute for chemical fertilizer. So, the results of this palm oil wastewater treatment can be used as a recirculation of palm oil plant nutrients.
