Abstract
The wind power station with high utilization ratio over time, rated power utilization ratio and efficiency ratio has been developed. It works efficiently at wind speeds ranging from 3 to 50 m/sec. At the same time, the rated power is achieved at speeds ranging from 5-8 m/sec to 50 m/sec.
