Abstract
The article discusses the features of regional and local taxation, using the example of the Samara region and the city of Tolyatti. The goal of the state regional and local policy is to achieve positive dynamics of the level and quality of life of the population, sustainable, balanced and multifactorial reproduction of socio-economic potential.
