Protection of the rights of the debtor when executing executive actions

The article discusses some constitutional, civil rights of the debtor and those rights that the debtor can directly use in the process of enforcement actions. The methods of protection of such rights, types of responsibility of the bailiff-executor for their violations are also considered. The debtor's rights can be enshrined in the Federal Law, which regulates enforcement proceedings, as well as follow from judicial practice.
