Abstract

The evolution of the human habitat in the urbanized regional territories of the Russian Federation acquires new technogenic qualities on the basis of natural and anthropogenic changes, and then all this can lead to a decrease and completely disappearance of sensitive species of plants, animals and birds. Technogenic transformation of the environment, abbreviated as its technospherization or technogenesis, as a rule, does not lead to the complete destruction or disappearance of ecosystems, but to the formation on their basis of the so-called "natural-technical systems" (PTS). The biosphere of the Earth is turning into an uncontrollably degrading system, therefore the term “biotechnosphere” is increasingly used in scientific literature.
