Abstract
Fish farming is one of the important sources of primary activities practiced by people in different parts of the world. Many rural people in the world have been engaged in both subsistence and commercial fish farming to sustain their livelihood. However, the management of fish plays an important role in the growth of fish farming. The present study is an attempt to analyse the methods of fish farming management practiced by the people of Bagibari village of Kamrup Metropolitan district, Assam.
