Abstract
With the increase of urban population, the traffic environment becomes complicated and the incidence of traffic accidents is increasing in the urban area, especially around parking entrances and exits of apartments, bicycle-only roads, intersections and bus stops adjacent to pedestrian roads. Under these threats, in order to provide a safer environment for children and the elderly, a systematic research is required. The wayfinding technology can prevent pedestrian crosswalk and provide a safer environment in a complex and dangerous urban environment. Also, the intelligent information technology is one of the key technologies in the 4th industrial revolution and its importance is increasing for the most entire industry and which can be applied for the purpose of developing the safer traffic environments. In this research, we studied the danger urban traffic environments and suggested the safety systems through convergence studies with intelligent information technology and wayfinding technology
