Abstract
The research investigates the relationship between human resource management and organizational commitment in Pakistan Tobacco Industry. The data was collected with the help of questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The results were then analysed with the help of Pearson correlation test. The test showed that all the variables in the study namely, training, teamwork and rewards has been positively affecting the dependent variable organizational commitment. A total of 80 questionnaires was taken into the study. In the end it was found out that human resource practices are a key area for tobacco industry to be successful in the long running of the business.
