Developing strategy of public-private partnership in Belarus innovative development

The article considers theoretic-methodological basis of the public-private partnership in innovation sphere, including value of public-private partnership for economic development, the concept of public-private partnership in innovation sphere, its specific characteristics, motivation of participation in the partnership of public and private sectors. The main directions of public-private partnerships strategy in Belarus, as well as mechanisms of public-private partnership, including financial and organizational ones are developed in order to modernize the economy of Belarus and transfer to the innovation way of development.
