A STUDY ON TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION FOR ONLINE USERS

The study undertaken is on Technological Innovation for Online Users has is present in online shopping websites to make our shopping process hassle- free. The outline of the study is to find whether the features present in websites are useful and user- friendly. The methodology adopted here is the Questionnaire type Survey on Random population with a Sample Size of around 300 meant for Chi- Square test to find our correct estimation of our Hypotheses framed. The Questionnaire consists of questions on a Likert scale segregated by Technology Assessment Model factors. The findings resulted to know that the features are user- friendly and feel of security for online shopping depends on person's perception.
