EXPORT SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Stimulating system of export activity is practically used in all states in accordance with export nature and structure. It`s an encouragement of the national exporters` activity in economic theory of export stimulating. In the modern conditions, in many states, export stimulating is an important part of trade policy, what first of all is expressed in pursuing of active foreign trade policy. Export support policy system includes two groups of the measures. The first one is directed to the formation of favorable macroecobomic climate, to the stable functioning of the fields, oriented on the export in the country and the other one – is aimed directly to the stimulating and support of export operations. In order to study the configuration of prospective systems of export support in Georgia and in rder to get the relevant conclusions, it`s necessary to be carried out systemic analysis of the practice and experience, existing in other countries in this direction. There`re three most principle aspects of their studying: peculiriaties of functioning of the main elements of export support, field and factors of using the export support instruments, which have an influence on selection of specific model of export support
