POSSIBLE WAYS TO IMPLEMENT GIS TECHNOLOGIES IN THE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ORDER TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY

The possibilities of geoinformation systems in relation to solving problems of logistics management of troops are considered. The subject of the research is forecasting and decision support in weakly structured management tasks of logistics support of troops based on data on the observed behavior of the control object. The methodological basis of the research is the apparatus of generating systems with behavior and purposeful systems of systemology. The application of the weighted nearest neighbor algorithm for predicting the behavior of a control object presented in the form of a generating system is shown. Recommendations are put forward for the use of these systems in the organization of logistics support for troops both in the preparation and conduct of combat operations.
